Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed -
How early should I get to my appointment?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork and get your insurance on file.

Do you accept insurance?
Our practice accepts most major insurance plans. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and MetLife.

What do I need for my first appointment?
Please bring the following to your appointment?
- Any X-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your last dentist upon your request.
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- A list of any current medical concerns or conditions
- Dental insurance, if you are covered and paying through insurance
- Completed new patient registration forms

What if my insurance doesn’t cover the procedure?
We offer flexible financing through CareCredit® and Proceed Finance for dental expenses. Select a payment plan that suits your budget.
