Lead Dental Hygienist
Hi dental friends! I’m Mai, a dedicated dental hygienist since 2005. I absolutely love what I do and find great joy in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and feel more confident. My goal is to create a welcoming and stress-free environment where you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit.
Being fluent in Vietnamese, I’m happy to assist with translations and make sure all your dental concerns are understood and addressed. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, our three amazing kids, and our sweet dog, Zoey. Our family loves to travel, stay active, and immerse ourselves in all things soccer! I feel truly lucky to be part of Dr. Humlicek’s incredible team, surrounded by kind, supportive, and inspiring colleagues.

Hi! I’m Chelsea. I graduated from Wichita State’s dental hygiene program in 2021 and the University of Kansas in 2015—Rock Chalk Jayhawk! I’m passionate about helping people achieve better oral health and strive to make every patient feel comfortable in my chair.
Outside of work, I have a small but wonderful family, including my husband Chris, daughter Sienna, and my two dogs, Sawyer and Stella. In my free time, I love spending time with my daughter, getting lost in a good book, and binge-watching TV shows.

Hi! I’m Cherie, and I have been a dental hygienist since 2025. Before beginning my journey in dentistry, I served on active duty and now proudly continue my service as a U.S. Coast Guard Reservist. After leaving active duty, I discovered my passion for the dental world and knew I had found a career that lets me combine my love for helping others with my attention to detail and dedication to patient care. Outside of all things teeth, I love spending time with my husband and our two mini schnauzers, especially when we’re out exploring new places together.

Welcome to Humlicek Dental. My name is Madison, and I have been in the dental field since 2022! My favorite thing about dentistry is knowing that it is beyond "just teeth". I love creating a personalized experience for all my patients, so they leave the office feeling they have improved their overall health! My goal is to provide exceptional and detailed care in an efficient manner so you can enjoy the rest of your day. Outside of work, you can find me soaking up the sun with my loving fiancée, friends, or Jesus! We are an active household, typically running around to make it to sporting events. When the sun is down, you can find me consuming too much caffeine to lift weights or diving in the sand for a volleyball! I am so excited to meet you all and be your new dental bestie!

I’m currently in school working toward becoming a dental hygienist and am excited to keep growing in the field I love. Outside of work, you can find me at the gym or in a spin class. Hey there! I’m Itaty, a dental assistant with 4 years of experience and a big love for people (and teeth, of course!). I actually spent 2 of those years working in pediatrics, which sparked my love for working with kids, but over time, I realized adults are more my style (less wiggling, more chatting). I’m all about making you feel at ease in the chair, whether it’s through a friendly chat or just being a calming presence. If we can laugh a little while you're here, even better!. Outside of the office, I’m a proud mom to my baby boy, who was born in October. Most of my free time is spent with him—whether we’re enjoying quiet moments at home or going out for walks together. My faith is also a very important part of my life. I love God and strive to do everything through Him, guiding the way I treat others with kindness, compassion, and purpose every day.

Hi, I’m Julie! I’m a first-year dental assistant who started here as a sterilization tech and quickly moved into assisting. That first role gave me a behind-the-scenes look at how a dental office runs and made me fall in love with the field even more. I love being part of patients' smiles. It’s so rewarding to see how even small actions can make a big difference and to know that I’m part of it. I’m easygoing, but I put my heart into everything I do and am always eager to learn and grow as I work toward my goal of becoming a dentist. Hi! My name is Kalesy. I am the sterilization technician here at Humlicek Dental! I clean the instruments, help clean rooms, and assist the team in any way I can. I have loved working at Humlicek Dental because our team is the greatest one there is! We all work together, and I believe that our staff allows for the best patient experience out there! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my fiancé and my family. I enjoy reading, baking, and cooking! Another good deal of my time is spent at church. I love God, and put my best foot forward in everything that I do to honor that!

Digital X-Rays
Our digital X-rays emit less radiation, take images faster without any need for processing, and allow us to optimize the images so we can provide a more precise diagnosis.
Intraoral Camera
A picture explains what words never can, especially when it comes to your teeth. An intraoral camera can take pictures with such detail, it can show cracks and stress marks in a tooth that can’t be seen with the naked eye.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography
Known as CBCT, this advanced imaging technique uses a cone-shaped X-ray beam. The cone beam rotates around your head to create a highly detailed 3D image of your mouth to help us accurately design your treatment plan.
Digital Scanner
Our office uses intraoral digital scanners to create a highly detailed 3D model of your teeth. The resulting 3D surface model is the virtual, time efficient, and safe alternative to traditional plaster models.
